These bolts are TRUE TITANIUM(TM), specifically commercially pure Grade 2 (CP) titanium. Grade 2 titanium is unalloyed and the most common of all the grades of titanium. It is also the most affordable and used in boat and ship building, tanks and cooling systems as well as many industrial applications such as sewer systems. With a minimum yield strength of 39,900 psi (275 Mpa), Grade 2 titanium is comparable in strength to stainless steel.
