These socket drive screws are TRUE TITANIUM(TM), specifically Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). They are Full DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation with American material), meaning they are manufactured in America from American melted and milled titanium. Grade 5 titanium is a common aerospace alloy that has been used in commercial aircraft for decades and a key component when working with composites or carbon fiber. Both carbon fiber and titanium are at the top of the galvanic scale which is why engineers specify titanium fasteners for use with carbon fiber and composites.
